Shipping Policy

Currently, the website is dedicated exclusively to organizing and selling emotional management workshops through art, and physical product shipments are not available at this stage.

However, in anticipation of the future inclusion of handcrafted products in the online store, the following general conditions will apply to shipments:

🛍️ Shipping of Physical Products (Coming Soon)
Shipping Scope: Shipments are only available within the national territory (Spain). For international shipments, please inquire by email beforehand.

Preparation Time: Since the products are handmade, orders will be processed within an estimated time of 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery Time: Once the package is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 24 to 72 hours, depending on the destination.

Shipping Cost: The shipping cost will be automatically calculated during the checkout process and will appear in detail before payment.

Order Tracking: The customer will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped.

Issues or Damages During Shipping: If the product arrives damaged or in poor condition, the customer must notify us within a maximum of 48 hours from delivery, including photos of the damage to process a solution.

❗ Returns of Physical Products
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order, provided the product is in perfect condition and has not been used.

Personalized products are non-returnable, except for manufacturing defects.
