Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Leo da Night, we strive to offer high-quality training experiences that are carefully planned in advance. For this reason, and to ensure proper organization, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all our workshops:
Cancellations made at least 7 calendar days in advance:
Cancellations notified 7 or more calendar days before the date of the workshop will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days in advance:
If cancellation occurs less than 7 calendar days before the workshop, no refund will be issued, as by that time resources, materials, and participant spots have been definitively allocated.
Date changes:
Requests to reschedule participation for another edition of the same workshop may be considered on an exceptional basis, and only if there is availability. Under no circumstances is the transfer of a registration guaranteed.
Cancellation by the organization:
If the workshop must be cancelled or rescheduled due to organizational reasons or force majeure, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to retain their spot for a new date.
Cancellation request:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by sending an email to info@leodanight.com, including the participant’s full name and the scheduled workshop date.
